About the job S 860 AR Project Manager I (onsite) ( Santa Monica, CA)
Role Summary:
We at Safebox LLC are looking for an AR Project Manager that will oversee the end-to-end production workflow for various Branded Lens development, ensuring smooth coordination between Production and Creative Producers teams. This individual will work closely with stakeholders on small to medium-sized projects. When identifying the goals and creative direction of the project, the AR Project Manager will use established templates and frameworks to kick off the production process and communicate the direction to the production team assigned to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Build project timelines
Manage stakeholder communication and questions throughout the development process
Proactively manage any potential challenges during lens development
Oversee the transition of crucial production information from US-based teams to EU-based teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for the AR production team
Provide guidance on lens creative and technical decisions
Collaborate with AR Project Managers, Creative Producers, Creative Strategists, Sales teams, and cross-functional (XFN) teams to maintain timely deliverables, transparency, and quality standards
Required Skills:
End-to-end production workflow and project management
Cross-functional stakeholder coordination (Creative, Production, Technical, Sales)
JIRA or similar project/workflow management tools
Managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
4+ years managing end-to-end production workflows and high-volume project pipelines, delivering projects on time and within scope.
4+ years coordinating cross-functional teams including Creative, Production, Sales, and Technical stakeholders while maintaining production timelines
4+ years of project management experience using JIRA or similar workflow tools to manage multiple concurrent projects.
4+ years working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, prioritizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
4+ years applying strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to resolve production challenges and maintain project momentum.
Location: onsite daily in Santa Monica, CA
