Safebox is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Confluence (BSA) (remote) to work with our hospitality industry client in this 2 month contract role with possibility for extension. As the Sr. BSA, Confluence, you will primarily be involved in Confluence website building.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze individual technology delivery teams ways of working including processes, use cases, workflows, system integrations, data flows, and reporting.

  • Identify key gaps/dependencies and engage with stakeholders to design & execute a migration plan to shared ways of working.

  • Create functional requirements, user stories, as-is and to-be process flows, screen and interface designs, data flow diagrams, reporting and data requirements and data mapping documents.

  • Review all current knowledge base documentation and training materials with the goal of consolidating and simplifying in a way that makes the material easy to access and engage with.

  • Create net new documentation and training materials including how to guides, workflow diagrams, and templates.

  • Lead group and 1x1 training sessions, Q&As and feedback sessions.

  • Design and execute against a knowledge & training content calendar that provides weekly communication touch points with a group of PMs and BSAs to ensure adherence to standards.

  • Use your unique vantage point to suggest and drive new improvements to standard ways of working and overall governance


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university (or equivalent work experience with name-brand clients)

  • Noted experience at a company in the Tech, Travel/Hospitality or E-commerce space

  • Noted experience/involvement with Confluence

  • Noted experience with Jira and Asana

  • Familiarity with SDLC (software development life cycle), Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Proficiency in leading user interviews, requirements gathering, creating, maintaining and supporting all application development artifacts including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents and reporting scripts.

  • Strong analytical and system design skills, problem-solving skills, and a track record of seeing tasks through to successful completion.

  • Experience developing key performance metrics to drive process improvements.

  • Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines and projects, and keep peers, partners, and supervisor abreast of activities.

  • Excellent Problem solving, analytical mind, attention to detail and investigative skills.

  • Have a dynamic, amicable and approachable personality

Location: remote; candidate must be based in PST
