Cybersecurity Lead

Our team of dedicated professionals works relentlessly to create exceptional value for our clients. We are looking to expand our team by adding a talented and driven CyberSec Lead (onsite, Fountain Valley, CA) to join our client’s team.

This role is responsible for leading security initiatives, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity strategies and policies.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans across systems and networks.

• Monitor security tools and systems for anomalies and respond to security incidents.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate security best practices into projects.

• Manage third-party security tools and vendors as needed.

• Prepare reports and present security updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.

• The following certifications: OSCP, PWPP, PWPA, eCPPT, eWPTX

• In-depth knowledge of network security, application security, and incident response.
