Position Overview:
We seek an experienced, driven B2B Sales Representative based in Chile, with a track record of selling IT services and finance operations resources to US clients. This role is contractor-based, fully remote, and requires excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within targeted mid-market US companies.
Clearly articulate our value proposition for IT and finance operations solutions, tailored to executive stakeholders (primarily CFOs and CIOs).
Achieve annual revenue targets (quota) of approximately USD $500,000+.
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach, follow-up, and CRM management.
Collaborate directly with leadership to refine sales messaging and positioning.
High-Level Quotas:
Annual revenue target: USD $500,000+ in new business.
Monthly qualified pipeline growth target.
Quarterly revenue benchmarks tied to commission structure.
Compensation:
Monthly retainer and commission
