Position Overview:

We are seeking a SaaS Sales Representative (SSR) to drive the growth of our groundbreaking platform. You will engage with a highly qualified pipeline of warm leads, including many past customers who are already familiar with our offerings. as well as powerful HubSpot automation and engaging weekly webinars to generate leads, conduct demos, and close subscription deals. This fully remote opportunity is perfect for proactive, tech-savvy sales professionals eager to make an impact in a high-growth SaaS startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales pipeline by generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through HubSpot sequences, calls, and online demos.
  • Close subscription deals, including SSR-direct and marketing-driven walk-in opportunities.
  • Support the leadership team by generating SQLs for key customer deals (20% of pipeline).
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM tools (sequences, email blasts, deal tracking) to nurture leads and track deal progress.
  • Conduct compelling online demos and participate in weekly webinars to convert leads.
  • Conduct approximately 80 virtual meetings per month, around 4 per day (all through remote platforms, (no in-person meetings).
  • Promote prepaid annual subscription plans to maximize customer lifetime value and cash flow.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM documentation to ensure accurate attribution and team alignment.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or a similar sales automation platform.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are suitable for global customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with the live events or A/V industry (audio, lighting, staging) is a strong advantage, but not required.
  • Highly motivated and comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
