Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Event Planner/Inbound Sales professional who excels at client communication, lead nurturing, and event coordination. This hybrid role involves managing inbound client inquiries, walking them through our service and booking process, and collaborating with internal teams to plan successful events. You'll handle up to 30 warm leads per day and use our CRM to ensure a responsive and organized approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text through our CRM to answer questions about services.
- Call up to 30 warm leads per day to understand their event needs and explain our offerings.
- Guide clients through the entire booking process, providing timely support and follow-up.
- Create and adjust price quotes and invoices based on client requirements.
- Coordinate event details in collaboration with the operations team to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
- Track all activity and client interactions using our CRM (Close.com).
Qualifications:
- CRM experience is required (prior use of Close.com not mandatory; training will be provided).
- Prior experience in event planning, inbound sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with a minimal accent preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a collaborative team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience coordinating events from a remote setting.
- Familiarity with client service roles in hospitality, events, or agency environments.
Tools We Use:
- Close.com (CRM): Required, but any CRM experience is acceptable
- Slack: Daily internal communication
- Google Suite: Managing documents, spreadsheets, and scheduling
