Position Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Marketplace Sales Associate (MSA) to join our team and drive conversions on a global marketplace platform. You'll be responsible for managing sales pipelines, engaging with leads, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from cart to close. This is a customer-focused, sales-driven role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopping Cart Management:
- Assist customers in managing shopping carts and completing transactions.
- Follow up on abandoned carts to maximize conversion opportunities.
Pipeline Deal Management:
- Track and prioritize sales opportunities through various pipeline stages.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression.
Inbound Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide product information and support to aid purchasing decisions.
Outbound Deal Generation:
- Conduct outreach to new and existing customers.
- Build strong relationships to drive repeat business.
Administrative Tasks:
- Use HubSpot and Google Workspace to manage transactions and communications.
- Generate reports to monitor sales metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B sales.
- Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Workspace, and familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with professional sound, lighting, video, or staging equipment.
- Previous work in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Multilingual abilities for global communication.
