Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (COT), (shifts to CST during daylight saving)

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support across various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of internal processes. This role is critical in maintaining data accuracy, tracking projects, and supporting team communications, contributing directly to the organization's efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data verification efforts for teachers, schools, and districts.
- Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting across internal systems.
- Maintain and manage task lists in Asana.
- Ensure accuracy in customer order data and contract information.
- Communicate promptly via email and during Zoom meetings.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and management.
- Review order data for completeness and correctness.
- Use internal tools, including Google Apps, Notion, Slack, Asana, and custom platforms.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Google Apps, Notion, Slack, and Asana, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail when handling reports, data, and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

- Tech-savviness and a comfort level with learning new tools quickly.
