Position Overview:
Were looking for a Paid Ads Manager who can own and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with strong executional instincts and a strategic eye on full-funnel optimization. This role is ideal for someone who has experience navigating compliance challenges in regulated industries like CBD, cannabis, or wellness (preferred but not required), and knows how to deliver results under evolving platform policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX).
- Test and iterate creative assets quickly, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain tracking accuracy across UTMs, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
- Collaborate on funnel strategy, audience targeting, and offer testing.
- Monitor performance daily, manage budgets, and report weekly on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV).
- Analyze trends and recommend adjustments in creative, targeting, and spend.
- Contribute to media planning and growth forecasting discussions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including Shopping and PMAX.
- Proven success scaling accounts and improving ROAS/CAC via funnel strategy and creative testing.
- Strong understanding of attribution tools and pixel tracking (e.g., GA4).
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads and YouTube advertising.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, compliance-heavy environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with CBD, cannabis, or other regulated CPG brands.
- Background in a growth-focused agency or startup environment.
- Experience with attribution platforms like Triple Whale or Northbeam.
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, or AppLovin.
