Job Title: Real Estate Sales Closer
Location: Remote - LATAM or CEE preferred (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD
Incentives: Can expect to earn 20 - 30 %+ of their monthly salary in commission, based on a 3% share of profits per deal.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven, relationship-focused Real Estate Sales Closer to join our high-growth land investment team. This is a full-cycle closing role where you'll be responsible for building relationships with landowners, negotiating deals, and driving acquisitions across the U.S. You'll have direct access to the company founder for mentorship and strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and initiate conversations with landowners across the U.S
- Build rapport and manage seller relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Lead negotiations and execute win-win land purchase agreements
- Own the closing process from first contact to signed contract
- Collaborate with the founder and broader team to optimize strategies
- Maintain detailed records of communication, pipeline status, and outcomes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven success in closing sales deals (real estate preferred)
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or customers
- Fluent in verbal and written English; speaks professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently
- Strong self-motivation and comfort with autonomy
- Integrity, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership over outcomes
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in land sales or real estate acquisitions in the U.S
- 5+ years of total sales experience, especially in closing roles
- Prior residency or work experience in the United States
- A charismatic, persuasive style with a relationship-first sales mindset
