Position Overview:
Were looking for a self-starter and strategic Outbound Sales & Prospecting Strategist who can manage the full top-of-funnel process -- from identifying and qualifying new leads to driving them through the early stages of the sales pipeline. This role goes beyond simple call-handling: we need someone who understands how to build and nurture a pipeline, apply basic marketing tactics, and use digital tools to generate inbound and outbound opportunities.
This is a remote, computer-based role with no phone work required -- success is driven by clear written communication, initiative, and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research qualified leads using online platforms and inbound channels.
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline through personalized and strategic outreach.
- Develop and execute outbound email campaigns to engage prospects across multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales messaging.
- Use AI tools to optimize prospecting, personalization, and productivity.
- Continuously analyze and refine your approach to improve conversion and lead quality.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or demand generation.
- Comfortable with digital sales tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how to move prospects through each stage.
- Traits: Resourceful, Analytical, Coachable, Entrepreneurial.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Additional European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German).
- Familiarity with the craft industry (beer, wine, coffee, food, etc.).
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, or Lemlist to scale outreach.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, or email list-building tactics.
