Position Overview:


We are seeking a proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager to spearhead digital marketing initiatives for our growing B2B e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media, with a track record of driving measurable growth in e-commerce. This is a high-impact role that requires effective budget management, strategic planning, and adaptability to rapidly changing market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Search Engine Strategies (SEO & SEM)
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversions.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring high ROI and alignment with business objectives.
  2. PPC Campaign Management
    • Plan, implement, and analyze pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn.
    • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, keywords, and targeting to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  3. Content, Email, and Social Media Marketing
    • Create and manage engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels.
    • Develop strategies to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and maximize retention.
  4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Work closely with sales, editorial, and web development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Manage external agencies, contractors, and freelancers to execute initiatives effectively.
  5. Analytics & Reporting
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboards.
    • Refine strategies based on data analysis to ensure continuous improvement and scalability.
  6. Budget Management & ROI Optimization
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize results and deliver high ROI.
  7. Market Adaptability
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B e-commerce marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to inform decision-making.
  • A growth mindset and a drive to innovate and optimize strategies for sustained success.
