Position Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support our talent operations team. You'll play a vital role in managing the candidate journey -- from application to onboarding. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume recruiting and enjoys structured, mission-aligned work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to convert completed applications into scheduled interviews.
  • Conduct high-volume candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Clearly explain the onboarding process and extend offers.
  • Respond to recruitment-related inquiries and provide support or escalate as needed.
  • Support administrative recruitment functions and documentation.
  • Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 1-2 years of experience in candidate screening or interviewing.
  • Basic familiarity with Zoom and Google Drive (or similar tools).
  • A stable internet connection and a reliable computer with a camera and microphone.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with international teams or in remote environments.
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Familiarity with structured interviews or candidate evaluation frameworks.
