Position Overview:

Were looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who is both a marketer and a closer, someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, sales, AI, and execution. This is a high-impact role for a go-getter who is not afraid to pick up the phone, run bold experiments, and pivot quickly when needed. You will own the digital marketing engine, lead a small but capable team, and drive campaigns that generate qualified leads and real revenue. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of how to leverage AI tools for scale and performance, a sharp strategic mindset, and the ability to execute relentlessly. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance, it's for someone who learns fast, moves aggressively toward outcomes, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and assess the current marketing strategy, tools, and digital presence.
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels with a focus on high-ticket B2B services.
  • Proactively make cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and social channels including cold calling when needed.
  • Manage, coach, and support the existing marketing team.
  • Translate company assets (studio content, brand stories, design) into high-performing campaigns.
  • Identify tool and stack improvements; introduce modern, efficient marketing solutions.
  • Apply AI tools to improve marketing speed, scale, and personalization.
  • Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns in real time.
  • Collaborate with the founder without needing hand-holding.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a startup or agency environment.
  • Proven track record in sales-driven lead generation and conversion, especially in high-ticket or B2B markets.
  • Marketing leader with a sales edge, unafraid to make calls or drive revenue conversations.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute full-funnel campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and lead attribution.
  • Experience managing small teams and executing hands-on tasks.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Excellent English preferred (especially for client-facing expansion possibilities).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with high-ticket services or B2B campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, landing page builders, AI plugins.
  • Interest in creating and proposing performance-based bonus structures.
  • Prior success turning creative assets into lead-generation machines.
