Position Overview:

Were looking for a Creative Designer - Paid Ads who specializes in crafting paid ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and emerging platforms. You'll own projects end-to-end - from concept ideation through final export - translating product benefits and performance insights into engaging static and motion assets. The ideal candidate combines a sharp design eye with an understanding of what drives clicks and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performing static and motion ad creatives across social and display platforms
  • Transform product features, hooks, and data into on-brand visuals that drive performance
  • Take full ownership of each creative - from initial mockup to final export
  • Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to test and iterate assets
  • Manage and organize design files for handoff and optimization workflows
  • Contribute to creative ideation and trend tracking in paid ad design


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Experience designing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or Google Display
  • Ability to work independently and manage design timelines


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience creating for DTC wellness or CPG brands
  • Experience designing UGC overlays or testimonial carousels
  • Familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere)
  • Knowledge of AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly)
  • Understanding of Shopify theme layouts and landing page design aesthetics
