Sagan represents a company providing recruiting and onboarding support as an add-on service to their software. We are seeking a native Spanish-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting customers by managing the recruitment and onboarding process for Spanish-speaking applicants primarily from North and Central America.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a background in HR or employee support. They should be comfortable communicating via text and over the phone, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and support to both applicants and clients.


  • Text with applicants to clarify qualifications and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct phone screens and take detailed notes.
  • Communicate with clients about the status of applicants and hiring processes, both to inform and request feedback.
  • Collect information from new hires to complete new hire documentation.

Job Qualifications & Skill Sets:

  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep experience in recruiting, ideally with a background in HR or employee support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via text and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.


  • Ability to work under ambiguity and identify opportunities to add value in the absence of direction.
  • Skills and willingness to pursue new business if directed, including reaching out to existing customers to offer assistance.
  • Comfort with rejection and the ability to handle it professionally.
