About the Company:
Sagan represents a performance-driven marketing agency specializing in creative strategy and ad content production for direct-to-consumer brands, including in the wellness and CPG space. The team values collaboration, iteration, and a strong creative eye.
Position Overview:
Were seeking a hands-on Creative Content Creator to concept, film, and deliver high-converting ad creatives. You'll be responsible for researching trends, scripting, and producing UGC-style content for social platforms - especially Meta. Ideal candidates are highly organized, comfortable in front of and behind the camera, and energized by fast-paced production cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research ad trends using Meta Ads Library, trend reports, and competitor feeds
- Draft engaging scripts and on-screen text for UGC, testimonials, unboxings, and demo formats
- Create concise shot lists and coordinate props, locations, and talent
- Film vertical video (1080x1920) with attention to lighting, framing, and audio
- Organize and deliver raw footage and B-roll within 24 hours of shoots
- Collaborate with editors and provide feedback on video cuts, captions, and motion graphics
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, memes, and creative best practices
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven experience scripting and producing short-form ad content
- Competence with basic video editing tools and drive organization (e.g., Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Familiarity with video editing software and remote team tools like Slack
- Ability to self-manage creative shoots and timelines
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience creating for DTC wellness or CPG brands
- Basic editing skills in After Effects or CapCut
- Confidence being on camera
- Located in a region where US products can be legally received for filming purposes
