About the job Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide deep insights into user behavior and conversion paths.
- Develop and maintain customized dashboards and reports (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Track and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Retention.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and media buyers to ensure campaign readiness and consistency.
- Execute A/B tests and analyze results to inform future decisions.
- Collaborate with external marketing vendors or agencies when needed.
- Optimize customer digital journey and suggest improvements for higher conversion.
- Ensure tracking tools (Pixel, GTM, Appsflyer) are correctly implemented and integrated with campaigns and platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with the ability to translate data into action.
- Solid understanding of paid ads platforms and performance measurement tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (creative, content, external vendors).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Previous experience in subscription-based businesses or e-commerce is a plus.
