About the job Technical Product Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the digital product roadmap from a technical and operational lens.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into structured user stories and technical briefs.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution in collaboration with developers.
- Review pull requests and development progress to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Supervise the technical support team and ensure high service quality and proper issue escalation.
- Prioritize development tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and operational impact.
- Collaborate with external tech vendors or integration partners when required.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for product features, releases, and workflows.
- Support improvements in user experience and operational system efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product, technical coordination, or tech operations role.
- Strong understanding of programming logic and ability to read/review code (JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs.
- Proven ability to document business and technical requirements clearly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Prior experience in digital platforms, subscription-based businesses, or food tech is a plus.
Notes:
- This is a non-coding role but requires high technical literacy.
- Full-time, on-site position in Riyadh.
