Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the digital product roadmap from a technical and operational lens.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into structured user stories and technical briefs.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution in collaboration with developers.
  • Review pull requests and development progress to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Supervise the technical support team and ensure high service quality and proper issue escalation.
  • Prioritize development tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and operational impact.
  • Collaborate with external tech vendors or integration partners when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for product features, releases, and workflows.
  • Support improvements in user experience and operational system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a product, technical coordination, or tech operations role.
  • Strong understanding of programming logic and ability to read/review code (JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.).
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Proven ability to document business and technical requirements clearly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prior experience in digital platforms, subscription-based businesses, or food tech is a plus.

  • This is a non-coding role but requires high technical literacy.
  • Full-time, on-site position in Riyadh.
