Position Type: Food Service Team Member
10 month position follows the school calendar
Pay: $16.50/Hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 25-30 Hours: 5 hours, 5 days/per week

As a Kitchen Crew member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in and around the kitchen. The positions may include:

  • Food Prep
  • Food Service
  • Food Runner
  • Dishwasher
  • Cashier

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
  • Adherence to appearance and uniform standards.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.

Physical Requirements include:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 5 hours.
  • Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient manner.
  • Responsible for prep, set-up, service, clean up, and restocking of food service areas.
  • Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures
  • Operation of kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
  • Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
