Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth operations with high service standards
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor front desk activities, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Maintain guest records, ensuring privacy and accuracy in billing, preferences, and special requests
  • Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist with scheduling and delegating responsibilities for proper coverage
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead and create a positive work environment

  • Focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence

  • Comfortable with hotel management systems and software

  • Ability to handle tasks calmly in a fast-paced setting
