Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on missing updates at the agreed checkpoint, and escalate missed pickups, delivery delays, or conflicting information to the operations team lead.
  • Maintain shipment tracking lists using a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as Microsoft Excel, highlighting outstanding updates for the next review.
  • Confirm delivery status with the appropriate carrier contact, update the shipment record, and close completed inquiries once outstanding questions have been addressed.
  • Meet quality expectations for accurate status entries, timely responses, complete contact notes, and consistent follow-up, using team lead feedback to improve handling.

  • Ability to organize open inquiries, track follow-up checkpoints, and share clear handover notes with colleagues handling the next shift.
  • A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
