Job Title: Remote Guest Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and service requests
- Coordinate guest activities and make reservations for dining, tours, and local attractions
Provide information on hotel amenities and area highlights
Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with departments like housekeeping and concierge to fulfill requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences to deliver personalized service
Organize special experiences such as VIP treatments and celebrations
Manage guest amenities and ensure all requests are handled efficiently
- Keep shared digital spaces and communication organized and up-to-date
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
13 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Calm under pressure with a proactive, guest-first approach
Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
Positive, professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit
- Familiarity with local attractions is a plus
