Job Title: Remote Guest Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and service requests
  • Coordinate guest activities and make reservations for dining, tours, and local attractions
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and area highlights

  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally

  • Collaborate with departments like housekeeping and concierge to fulfill requests
  • Maintain accurate guest records and preferences to deliver personalized service
  • Organize special experiences such as VIP treatments and celebrations

  • Manage guest amenities and ensure all requests are handled efficiently

  • Keep shared digital spaces and communication organized and up-to-date

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • 13 years of experience in customer service or hospitality

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, guest-first approach

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software

  • Positive, professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit

  • Familiarity with local attractions is a plus
