Job Title: Remote Operations Consultant
Hourly Pay: $24 - $30/hour

You will evaluate existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions that align with business goals. Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational processes, including supply chain, production, and service delivery
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across departments
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct operational audits and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
- Develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and resource utilization
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations with overall business objectives
- Support implementation of ERP systems, automation tools, and workflow redesigns
- Monitor progress of operational changes and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives
- Proficiency with ERP systems, workflow tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
