Job Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with products or services

  • Accurately log interactions and resolutions in the support system

  • Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department

  • Stay informed about product updates, FAQs, and support procedures

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable multitasking and navigating support tools

  • Prior experience in customer support, help desk, or related roles preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
