Job Title: Remote Hiring Specialist
Hourly Pay: $19 - $27/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from creating job postings to interviewing and selecting candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and ensure job descriptions are tailored to their requirements
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews
- Manage the hiring process, including sending out job offers, negotiating salaries, and assisting with offer letters
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
- Provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and pipeline status
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hiring, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
