Job Title: Remote Hiring Specialist
Hourly Pay: $19 - $27/hour

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the recruitment process, from creating job postings to interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and ensure job descriptions are tailored to their requirements
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews
  • Manage the hiring process, including sending out job offers, negotiating salaries, and assisting with offer letters
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs

  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
  • Provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and pipeline status
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in hiring, recruiting, or talent acquisition

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal compliance
