Job Title: Remote Mortgage Consultant
Hourly Pay: $24 - $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized mortgage consultation to clients, explaining the different loan options available
• Assist clients with understanding mortgage rates, terms, and requirements
• Evaluate clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products based on their goals
• Guide clients through the loan application and approval process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Stay informed on market trends, lending regulations, and new mortgage products
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and processors to ensure efficient mortgage processing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant or in a similar mortgage advisory role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and underwriting processes

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Proficiency with mortgage software and CRM tools

• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
