Job Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing HR calendars
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and preparing candidate documentation
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date

  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related materials such as new hire documents and policy updates
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports on HR activities, such as new hires, terminations, and benefits enrollment
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs

  • Process benefits claims and assist with payroll administration

  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and company policies

Qualifications


  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
