Job Title: Store Associate
Hourly Pay: $16 - $22/hour

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Store Associate to help maintain the smooth operation of our store and provide excellent customer service. As a Store Associate, you will assist customers, manage inventory, and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchases

• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Keep the sales floor organized, restock products, and maintain store displays

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions

• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism

• Ensure inventory is managed and products are in stock

• Assist with seasonal promotions, events, and merchandising

• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and provide excellent service

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills and experience using POS systems

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Must have a positive attitude and be a reliable team player
