  • Collaborate with customer service and success teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Conduct outreach and surveys to gather client feedback and assess satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data to create targeted, personalized retention plans
  • Monitor and report on retention metrics, trends, and areas for improvement

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Previous experience in customer retention, customer success, or sales

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset

  • Proficient with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
