Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to retain customers and boost loyalty
- Identify at-risk clients and proactively address concerns to improve satisfaction
- Collaborate with customer service and success teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct outreach and surveys to gather client feedback and assess satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to create targeted, personalized retention plans
- Monitor and report on retention metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in customer retention, customer success, or sales
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
Proficient with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
