Job Title: Remote Employee Support Coordinator

Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Employee Support Coordinator to join our HR team. This position involves providing essential support to employees and assisting them with HR-related inquiries. You will help create a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee needs and ensuring smooth communication between staff and the HR department.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees, answering HR-related questions and providing guidance on policies and benefits
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company
- Manage employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Help employees navigate and resolve benefits or payroll issues
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate employee wellness and engagement programs to improve overall job satisfaction
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees
- Process employee requests for time off, leave, and other HR-related inquiries
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve any employee concerns or challenges
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR support, administration, or a customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling employee information
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on employee satisfaction
