Job Responsibilities


  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Oversee staff and provide leadership, coaching, and training to ensure a high-performing team
  • Monitor branch performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and customer retention
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial records

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch goals with overall company objectives
  • Organize and conduct staff meetings to review performance and discuss branch objectives

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management, retail, or similar supervisory roles
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

  • Strong financial management and budgetary experience

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and branch management software
