Job Title: Customer Concierge
Hourly Pay: $20 - $35/hour

We’re looking for a professional and personable Customer Concierge to deliver top-tier service and create exceptional experiences for our guests. From travel bookings to local recommendations, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for all guest needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation, tickets, and tailored recommendations
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized experiences
- Fulfill special requests such as spa appointments, tours, or unique accommodations
Provide local insights on restaurants, attractions, and events
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to meet guest needs
Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and requests
- Uphold service standards and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor feedback to improve guest experiences
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus
2+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services preferred
- Experience with CRM tools or customer management platforms is a bonus
