Job Title: Remote Employee Development Specialist
Hourly Pay: $36 - $42/hour

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver employee development initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify individual and team skill gaps

  • Organize training sessions on leadership, communication, and career growth
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to support employee success
  • Partner with managers to align development plans with performance objectives
  • Track program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback
  • Promote a learning culture by encouraging participation in workshops and trainings
  • Stay current on industry trends to enhance development strategies

  • Support implementation of performance management systems and feedback tools

Qualifications:


  • Experience in employee development, L&D, or HR training roles

  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and training tools

  • Knowledge of employee growth strategies and performance management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and commitment to employee success
