Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering general inquiries, assisting with product walkthroughs, and directing callers to the correct departments when needed. Job Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and provide clear, helpful responses to common questions.

- Record detailed notes from each conversation in our call tracking or CRM system for future reference.
- Escalate recurring concerns or unresolved issues to your team leader to support service improvements and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and calmly.
- Quick learner who can follow structured scripts while also adapting to different types of calls.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay organized during high call volumes.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role is a plus, but not requiredtraining is provided.
