Job Title: Remote Risk Consultant

Hourly Pay: $55 - $95/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current risk management strategies and identify areas of improvement
• Conduct risk assessments, including financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
• Develop risk mitigation plans that address key risk areas and improve business resilience
• Provide guidance on compliance with industry regulations, risk management frameworks, and best practices
• Assist in the implementation of risk management programs to ensure long-term organizational stability
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of risk management strategies to ensure effectiveness
• Provide risk training and workshops for staff to increase awareness and improve risk management practices
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations on risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (Crisis Management, FRM, or similar certifications preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in risk consulting, risk management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, tools, and techniques

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to implement risk strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk management software
