Job Title: Remote HR Relations Coordinator
Hourly Pay: $26 - $32/hour

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR issues and concerns
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts with discretion and fairness

  • Assist in performance management by supporting managers and staff through feedback and evaluations
  • Investigate employee complaints, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and morale-building activities
  • Analyze employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of employee relations cases

  • Collaborate with the HR team to support broader HR goals

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field

  • Strong conflict resolution and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

  • High level of discretion, organization, and attention to detail

  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
