Job Title: Remote HR Relations Coordinator
Hourly Pay: $26 - $32/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR issues and concerns
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts with discretion and fairness
- Assist in performance management by supporting managers and staff through feedback and evaluations
- Investigate employee complaints, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and morale-building activities
- Analyze employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback
Maintain accurate, confidential records of employee relations cases
- Collaborate with the HR team to support broader HR goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field
Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
High level of discretion, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
