Job Title: Remote Staffing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for positions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure job descriptions are clear and accurate
  • Handle candidate communication, including job offers, rejections, and follow-ups
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and job applicants

  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new employees

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract top talent

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for sourcing top talent

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
