Job Title: Remote Employee Benefits Coordinator
Hourly Pay: $25 - $31/hour

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day coordination and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed, enrolled, and supported throughout their benefits journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness offerings
- Coordinate open enrollment processes and ensure timely and accurate benefits enrollment
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits options, claims, and eligibility
- Maintain and update benefits records and ensure accuracy in benefits data
- Collaborate with HR and external vendors to resolve coverage discrepancies or service issues
- Track and communicate open enrollment dates, changes, and deadlines to employees
Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits laws and regulations
- Support audits, evaluations, and reporting of benefits program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, benefits software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
