Job Title: Remote Bank Associate
Hourly Pay: $24 - $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in navigating mobile and online banking tools

• Promote appropriate financial products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts based on customer needs

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or financial services role (banking experience is a plus)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve customer needs efficiently
• Proficiency with banking systems, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office tools

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
