Job Title: Retail Supervisor
Hourly Pay: $26 - $32/hour
Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Retail Supervisor to help manage our store and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Retail Supervisor will lead by example, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service while also assisting with staff supervision and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assist in inventory management, including stock organization and conducting stock checks
Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and well-maintained
- Handle customer issues, complaints, and returns with a focus on customer satisfaction
Provide on-the-job training and support to staff members
Assist in scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staff coverage
- Monitor store performance and report on sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback
- Support store management with administrative tasks and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and perform administrative tasks
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
