Job Title: Retail Associate
Hourly Pay: $16 - $22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating the products they need
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and product displays
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and handling shipments
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and fully stocked

• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and process transactions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
