- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to support team growth
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cross-functional challenges
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a customer service environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with customer service tools, CRM platforms, and performance analytics
- Skilled in managing escalated customer situations with empathy and efficiency
Self-driven and capable of managing a remote team effectively
