Job Title: Remote Employee Benefits Manager
Hourly Pay: $53 - $59/hour

Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated Employee Benefits Manager to join our work-from-home team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and enhancing the company’s employee benefits programs, ensuring employees have access to competitive and comprehensive benefits packages. Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs
  • Oversee benefits enrollments, employee communications, and claims management
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits options and help resolve any issues
  • Monitor industry trends and benchmark benefit programs against competitors to maintain competitiveness
  • Work with benefits providers to negotiate rates and resolve service issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits
  • Prepare reports and analysis to assess the effectiveness of benefits offerings and recommend improvements

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Manager or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, wellness, etc.) and legal compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration software

  • Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
