Job Responsibilities:
- Receive product research requests through a shared email queue, clarify the research question with the requester, and confirm priorities with the product research lead.
- Organize approved research activities in a project management tool such as monday.com, recording owners, deadlines, dependencies, and expected outputs for each request.
- Assemble approved questionnaires and participant instructions in a survey tool such as Qualtrics, checking wording, response options, and links before researcher review.
- Coordinate participant invitations, session arrangements, and reminders using approved contact lists, tracking responses and notifying researchers when participation gaps could affect planned activities.
- Locate relevant product information and published market sources, recording source links, publication dates, and context so researchers can evaluate relevance and reliability.
- Maintain research trackers in a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as Google Sheets, checking entries for missing values, duplicates, and inconsistent labels.
- Organize approved session notes and survey outputs by research question, keeping participant comments distinct from internal interpretations and preserving references to original inputs.
- Prepare concise research status summaries, highlight recurring product themes for researcher review, and distinguish observed evidence from questions that need further investigation.
- Follow up on missing inputs and overdue reviews, escalating unclear instructions, conflicting findings, or timeline risks to the product research lead before handoff.
- Package reviewed materials for product managers and close completed requests; quality is judged by accuracy, turnaround, complete notes, source traceability, and dependable follow-up.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience supporting product research, research operations, or related coordination activities preferred.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, questionnaire structure, and the difference between observations and conclusions.

- Comfort using survey tools, project trackers, and spreadsheets to maintain consistent research inputs and check completeness before review.
- Clear written and verbal communication for participant reminders, researcher updates, and concise summaries that accurately reflect available evidence.
- Sound judgment when handling participant information, following approved access practices, and raising uncertain findings rather than filling gaps with assumptions.
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Perks & Benefits:
- Fully remote work from home in Louisiana, with desk-based research coordination and collaboration through shared online systems.
