Our client, Rinkai, helps companies to start planning delivery routes efficiently. The internally developed tool, RINKAI ROUTING, is an easy to use route planning, has a fast and powerful algorithm, clear user interface and includes also a mobile app for drivers.
Rinkai Routing reduces transport costs by up to 20% and speeds up the route planning, while being the best player on the market in this area.
And now we are in an exciting phase in which we are searching for our Head of Sales, to join us and help develop the forefront of our business.
You know you are the perfect fit if you have:
Previous experience (of approximately 2 or 3 years) with business development or sales in logistic or transportation companies
Hands-on experience with full cycle sales, from lead generation to hunting and farming
Well versed with B2B sales of technical products and targeting small and mid size market
The mindset of an independent worker, proactive and team player
Perseverance and consistency
Fluent Czech and English
As a Head of Sales in Rinkai, your responsibilities will revolve around
Bringing new business and taking care of the existing key main accounts
Leading the sales and marketing functions
Being part of the senior management and establishing the strategy and vision of the sales function, together with the owners
Improving the sales process and applying the best practices methodology
Processing all inbound leads
Being accountable for your part of the business and acting with independency
