We are looking for a Sales Operations Team Lead / Prospecting Manager to manage sales operations in Europe with a focus on streamlining and optimizing the sourcing and prospecting processes for our growing sales teams!

What will you do:

    • Be responsible for CloudTalk’s global sourcing strategy and its processes
    • Oversee prospecting for a team of around ~100 outbound SDRs by end of the year
    • Create a scalable process for identifying c. 1600 accounts worldwide per week for the outbound sales team to approach
    • Find triggers for CloudTalk to base their outreach on
    • Lead and train a team of researchers to identify prospects for our outbound sales team
    • Drive data hygiene and enrichment of prospects and accounts being provided to the outbound sales team
    • Track efficacy and quality of prospects and accounts provided to outbound sales team
    • Select and implement tools for lead generation

    What we expect of you:

    • B2B/SaaS experience in lead generation
    • Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Good organizational skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
    • Highly motivated
    • Self-starter, eager to work autonomously and own the day-to-day activities
    • Fluent in English
