Basic Requirements
Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
DSL internet connection of at least 20Mbps and a backup
Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
Attention to detail and can follow instructions
Background in B2B Lead Generation particularly cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold/warm calling for any international B2B brands is preferred but not required
Familiarity with Google applications, prospecting tools, copywriting tools, and online CRMs.
Good to great communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Writing style/tone: Professional yet conversational
Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and closing of projects.
Understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies, as the role involves appointment setting and bid presentations.
Proficiency in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
Ensure that bids are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with client needs.
Manage appointment calendars efficiently.
Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure that project plans are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
Implement strategies to address any delays and keep projects on schedule.
