Basic Requirements

  • Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)

  • DSL internet connection of at least 20Mbps and a backup

  • Must have own working station at home free from any background noises

  • Attention to detail and can follow instructions

  • Background in B2B Lead Generation particularly cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold/warm calling for any international B2B brands is preferred but not required

  • Familiarity with Google applications, prospecting tools, copywriting tools, and online CRMs.

  • Good to great communication skills in English (verbal & written)

  • Writing style/tone: Professional yet conversational

  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and closing of projects.

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies, as the role involves appointment setting and bid presentations.

  • Proficiency in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.

  • Ensure that bids are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with client needs.

  • Manage appointment calendars efficiently.

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure that project plans are feasible and aligned with client expectations.

  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines.

  • Implement strategies to address any delays and keep projects on schedule.
