About the job Sales Development Representative
(HOME-BASED | FULL-TIME | basic + commissions)
Basic Requirements:
- Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
DSL internet connection of at least 20Mbps and a backup.
- Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
Attention to detail and can follow instructions.
- Background in B2B Lead Generation particularly cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold/warm calling for any international B2B brands is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Google applications, prospecting tools, copywriting tools, and online CRMs.
Good to great communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Available to work full-time, graveyard shifts or shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Your job is to generate qualified sales appointments for the Sales Manager by conducting daily email prospecting, cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, warm-calling, CRM management, and lead nurturing campaigns for SalezGen
Send daily reports to your Manager.
Collaborate with the team during optimizations and share best practices.
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within target industries.
- Provide clear and compelling responses to common objections to keep the conversation moving forward.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics.
- Training will be provided.
