(HOME-BASED | FULL-TIME | basic + commissions)

Basic Requirements:

  • Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
  • DSL internet connection of at least 20Mbps and a backup.

  • Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
  • Attention to detail and can follow instructions.

  • Background in B2B Lead Generation particularly cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold/warm calling for any international B2B brands is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Google applications, prospecting tools, copywriting tools, and online CRMs.
  • Good to great communication skills in English (verbal & written)

  • Available to work full-time, graveyard shifts or shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Your job is to generate qualified sales appointments for the Sales Manager by conducting daily email prospecting, cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, warm-calling, CRM management, and lead nurturing campaigns for SalezGen
    • Send daily reports to your Manager.

    • Collaborate with the team during optimizations and share best practices.

    • Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within target industries.
    • Provide clear and compelling responses to common objections to keep the conversation moving forward.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics.
    • Training will be provided.
