Qualifications
- HR experience in a BPO industry is a plus but not necessary, just HR experience is needed especially in recruitment.
- Can communicate well using the English language
- With own equipment and stable net connection
- Can work at least 1-2 hours per day
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify staffing needs based on business requirements.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
