Qualifications

  • HR experience in a BPO industry is a plus but not necessary, just HR experience is needed especially in recruitment.
  • Can communicate well using the English language
  • With own equipment and stable net connection
  • Can work at least 1-2 hours per day

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify staffing needs based on business requirements.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.

  • Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.

  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
